Sie ermächtigen uns durch Vertrag, Vollmacht und Übertragung einer Sicherheit (notariell) - zum Fremd-Erwerb, Beantragung und Halten der Lizenz zu Ihrem Gebrauch. Wieso sollten Sie dies wünschen? Sie stellen wie im Rahmen einer Patent-Treuhand sicher, dass kein Dritter an diese Werte gelangen kann, auch nicht bei Konkurs oder Insolvenz. Nur durch ordentlichen Beschluss eines deutschen oder ggf. europäischen Gerichts, wären wir zur Herausgabe verpflichtet. Trotzdem sind wir zu jeder Zeit verpflichtet Ihnen die Werte oder Sachen auszuhändigen.
